Covenant House

Covenant House is the largest, primarily privately funded charity in North and Central America providing immediate and long-term support for young people facing homelessness and survivors of trafficking. We provide housing and support services to youth facing homelessness. We help young people transform their lives and put them on a path to independence. 

The National Runaway Safeline (1-800-RUNAWAY)

They has been responding to youth and families in crisis, serving as the national communications system for runaway and homeless youth. We continually transform technology, training and services to meet the current needs of vulnerable youth and ultimately achieve an end to youth homelessness.

Los Angeles

My Friend's Place offers comprehensive services to 1,000 homeless youth between the ages of 12 and 25, and their children, each year, out of our dynamic resource center in Hollywood.

The People Concern offers a comprehensive system of care to solve the complex, multi-faceted problems of homelessness in Los Angeles. They provide support in the areas of housing, domestic violence, physical health, mental health, life skills/wellness, income services and substance abuse.

Safe Place for Youth was founded by community members out of a dire need for supportive services for youth experiencing, or at-risk of experiencing homelessness in West LA. They work to empower young people experiencing homelessness to thrive by providing lasting, community-driven solutions that address racial and social inequity.

Nashville

Nashville Launch Pad is dedicated to creating safe spaces that affirm the rights and dignity of LGBTQ+ young adults. They create a network of temporary, safer, street-free sleeping shelters for unhoused young adults, which are open and affirming to LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies.

 New York

The Ali Forney Center is committed to saving the lives of NYC LGBTQ+ young people, by protecting them from the harms of homelessness and empowering them with the tools needed to live independently. A 24-hour program, The Ali Forney Center never closes its doors.

New Alternatives is dedicated to reducing homelessness among LGBTQ+ youth and young adults in New York City by addressing areas critical to their development and well-being: housing, physical and mental health, education, and employment. With a strong focus on harm reduction and long-term support, we offer a broad range of direct services and referrals to meet the needs of our clients and advocate on their behalf to ensure they survive and thrive.

San Francisco

Larkin Street Youth Services is a nonprofit empowering young people to move beyond homelessness. We’ve helped over 78,000 young adults in San Francisco by providing healthcare, housing, employment, and education services.
